A sourdough- and vegetable-forward eatery, bar, and bakehouse in Crested Butte, Colorado. We craft naturally leavened sourdough pizza and bread, seasonal salads and pastas, artisanal cocktails, and natural wines. Every dish begins in our ‘from-scratch’ kitchen: bread and pizza dough are hand-mixed, pastas are hand-rolled, and every sauce, dressing, and pesto is made with time, care, and love.
