SUMMARY:CB Music Fest: Watermusik ... on a Boat
DESCRIPTION:Watermusik on a Boat \n>Purchase Tickets for This Event< \nYou’ll never have an opportunity like this one – to hear a string chamber music ensemble perform music about water on the water. We’ll rent pontoon boats on the Blue Mesa Reservoir and head out for a concert like no other. The featured work will be an arrangement of Handel’s glorious Watermusik\, a piece he wrote to accompany King George I’s grand royal excursion on the River Thames in the summer of 1717. \nWe’ll ride in relaxing pontoon boats on the stunningly gorgeous Blue Mesa Reservoir to a secret location where you’ll enjoy beautiful chamber music and food prepared by Speckled Goose Culinary. Performer: Fingernoise. \nIf you have your own boat\, tickets are $60 per person\, call CBMF to purchase at 970.300.3409 ext. 701.
